This Ethical Sustainability Policy and Procedures have been approved and adopted by the Directors of SoftTrain Cloud Ltd on 1 April 2025.

- Social Responsibility: Treating all individuals with dignity, fairness, and respect—whether clients, contractors, or suppliers.
- Ethical Conduct: Upholding high standards of integrity and transparency in all our business relationships.
- Sustainable Procurement: Selecting partners and suppliers whose values align with ours, including ethical labour practices and environmental stewardship.

- Use cloud services from providers with renewable energy commitments.
- Choose hardware and equipment based on energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Engage only with suppliers and contractors who comply with UK employment law and respect human rights.
- Evaluate vendors and hosting partners for their sustainability, diversity, and ethical credentials.
- Include clauses in supplier agreements that encourage transparency and ethical behaviour.
- Ethical and sustainability oversight is the shared responsibility of the Directors.
- Each Director is expected to uphold this policy in daily operations and client engagements.
- Any concerns about unethical practices or sustainability risks are raised, recorded, and addressed promptly by the Directors.
- We are open and transparent with clients and partners about our ethical and sustainability commitments.
- We welcome feedback and suggestions from clients, partners, and other stakeholders to improve our practices.
